Radicle is an experimental culinary project building community through creative, from-scratch meals and unbound dining experiences. ​​
Events take shape in many forms from multi-course seated meals to order-at-the-window breakfast burritos. ​

3-Course Menu
I'm currently doing RnD on a 3-course meal with very inventive dishes. The focus for this event is in the little details, making sure everything is perfect. I've been using some engineering + CAD skills to design food molds, so it's getting pretty serious. Stay tuned for more.






Breakfast Burritos
The goal of this event was to practice logistics and quality across MANY guests. We made 100 breakfast burritos from scratch (yes, tortillas too) for friends, neighbors, and community and took orders food-truck style. Lots of planning went into this amazing burrito.






Brunch!
I opened my house to my friends and greater community for made to order brunch: Fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes with a pear cardamom sauce, and chimichurri poached egg avocado toast. Bottomless chai for everyone.
My first event was a 5 course tasting menu that I developed over months. I strived to create new and interesting dishes and focused on quality of every plate for my 8 guests. As usual, everything was made from scratch. I had personalized invites, menus, and name-cards to make each guest feel welcomed.
